HAPSBURG won the Grand Prix de Vichy, Gr.3 in France. This is a very nice update for Lot 269 SHE IS MADONNA, who will be offered by Graf und Grafin Stauffenberg at the BBAG Yearling Sale. This filly is out of a sister to Magical Hawk, the dam of HAPSBURG. It shows again how good and deep this family is, and how much quality is passed on in the daughters of SUM (photo), who still lives in her retirement at Schlossgut Itlingen. This family has not had only a major influence on the involvement of Graf und Grafin Stauffenberg in the thoroughbred breeding, as SUM is the own sister to QUI BID, dam of QUE BELLE who won both Classics for filiies in Germany in their colours - but is overall a family, which has produced a host of top class winners.
