The first foal of 2009 in Schlossgut Itlingen was born this afternoon short before 17:00.
DIE NACHT, owned by Graf und Grafin Stauffenberg, foaled a chestnut filly by LOMITAS. The mare is a 3yo winner out of the Stakes winner DABARA, herself a sister to DARSHAAN. DIE NACHT will visit AMERICAN POST in 2009.
