FRONTIER remains in the Epsom Derby

Frontier191011.jpg478 horses were originally entered in the Epsom Derby, 335 were scratched this week. FRONTIER (Galileo-FOUR ROSES) bred by Graf und Grafin Stauffenberg at their SCHLOSSGUT ITLINGEN was left in the race by his handler Aidan O'Brien. The Tattersalls October Sales graduate is bred for the Derby; his sire GALILEO won it in 2005, his sister FOUR SINS was placed in the Epsom Oaks in 2007 and his dam FOUR ROSES is by DARSHAAN, who won the French Derby.
FOUR ROSES has a yearling colt by MONTJEU, is due to foal a full sibling to FRONTIER and will visit an other Derby winner in 2012, this time SEA THE STARS, the brother to GALILEO.
