17/04/12 Four Roses foaled a lovely colt by Galileo

FOUR ROSES (Darshaan-Fraulein Tobin) foaled a lovely well coloured colt by GALILEO at SCHLOSSGUT ITLINGEN. The foal is bred by Graf und Grafin Stauffenberg and is brother to FOUR SINS by SINNDAR multiple Group winner and Classic placed for H H Aga Khan and National Stakes placed multiple winner FOUR DANCERS by SEATTLE DANCER, as well as own brother to FRONTIER, a well fancied 3yo colt for the partnership of Michael Tabor, Derrick Smith and Mrs John Magnier in training with Aidan O'Brien. FRONTIER's form as a 2yo was boosted by the fact that his runner up LIGHT HEAVY won his Maiden at his next start against FURNER's GREEN, subsequent winner of the 2.000 Guineas Trial at Leopardstown, and the Ballysax Stakes, a traditional Derby Trial at the same venue at his last outing. 

FOUR ROSES is sister to to the Rockfel Stakes winner GERMANE and multiple Stakes winner FABRIANO and her dam is the foundation mare for Graf und Grafin Stauffenberg FRAULEIN TOBIN. She has a yearling colt named FOUR CARAT by MONTJEU and is booked to SEA THE STARS in 2012. FOUR CARAT is entered at all major yearling sales.
