17/05 No Sins decision yet

From RTE Sport:

A decision on the participation of Four Sins in the Vodafone Oaks will be made nearer the time, according to John Oxx.

The Sinndar filly turned the Group Three Blue Wind Stakes at Naas on Wednesday into a procession and is as short as 9-1 with Coral for the fillies' Classic.

'She's come out of the race fine and we were very happy with the run but we haven't made a decision over the Oaks yet, although it is still a possibility,' said Oxx.

"We haven't ruled it out at all but it is only in two weeks' time so we want to see how she is and we will make a decision nearer the time. It's not a definite that she is going to go for it, we may keep her for the Irish Oaks, but it is still a possibility alright.

Owned by the Aga Khan, the three-year-old finished second to stable companion Arch Swing on her only other start this term and the future certainly looks bright.

'She was idling a bit in front the other night, she has got a slightly awkward head carriage but she ran on well and ran up the hill nicely,' he added.

'She's bred to stay and a mile and a half shouldn't be a problem but she has always shown plenty of speed, when she ran well against Arch Swing that was a slowly-run seven furlongs."'

However, Oxx was keen to stress current Oaks favourite, Passage Of Time, will take all the beating.

'It was Passage Of Time's first run of the year on Wednesday and the balance of her form, certainly her French run, looks very good. She has a nice style of running and travels well through a race, something you need to do at Epsom. She's a worthy favourite.'
