26/10/16 GERALDINE becomes the next 2yo winner for her dam in England ...

The 2yo filly GERALDINE (Royal Applause - GOLDEN WHIP) becomes the second winner from 2 runners in the colours of her breeders Graf und Grafin Stauffenberg in the UK in 2016 scoring with good speed at Kempton. Trained by Stuart Williams in Newmarket, the filly was ridden by Martin Harley. The other winner was FORCE OF DESTINY.

In doing so GERALDINE became the second 2yo winner from two runners for her dam GOLDEN WHIP in the UK as well. The other one is now 3yo GWENDOLYN by INVINCIBLE SPIRIT, which was sold to Qatar Racing at the Tattersalls October Yearling Sales.

GOLDEN WHIP has a filly foal by EXCELEBRATION named GIANNINA and is in foal to LETHAL FORCE. GOLDEN WHIP by SEATTLE DANCER is a multiple Stakeswinner herself and the best foal out of GENEVRA, who was bought by STAUFFENBERG BLOODSTOCK back in 1995 as one of the first yearlings which serve as the foundation stock of Graf und Grafin Stauffenberg. GENEVRA by DANEHILL herself became the best daughter of her dam ASTRA ADASTRA, when winning several Stakesraces and being Gr.3 placed at 2 in the Premio Dormello.
