30/06/18 Mukhayyam won at York his 6th race

MUKHAYYAM by DARK ANGEL won at York the 6th race of his career. Having won twice at 2 years for Sheikh Hamdan when in the care of Sir Michel Stoute, he was sold to T Scothern and is trained by Tim Easterby.

MUKHAYYAM was purchased by STAUFFENBERG BLOODSTOCK as a foal at the Tattersalls December Sales in 2012.  Sent to SCHLOSSGUT ITLINGEN he was raised and prepped there for Book II of the Tattersalls October Yearling Sales, where he was consigned by Watership Down Stud, as STAUFFENBERG BLOODSTOCK was not consigning any yearlings in England at that time. He thus became a stepping stone for a PINHOOKING SYNDICATE, that achieved some quite good results since then.
