13/03/19 Frangipani and La Reine Noir foaled a coltby Pride of Dubai and a filly by Iffraaj

In the early evening at 5:45pm foaled FRANGIPANI (Jukebox Jury-FIREDANCE) her first foal, a well developed colt by PRIDE OF DUBAI for her breeders Graf and Grafin Stauffenberg at SCHLOSSGUT ITLINGEN and later on at 10:18pm LA REINE NOIR (Rainbow Quest-La Felicita) followed with a beautiful filly by IFFRAAJ.

FRANGIPANI, who is a 2yo winner and sister to Gr.3 winner FEARLESS HUNTER great-grandson of FRAULEIN TOBIN, the foundation mare for Graf and Grafin Stauffenberg, whose best offspring are the 2yo Groupwinner GERMANE, whose daughter RELEVANT is serving as broodmare at SCHLOSSGUT ITLINGEN as well, the Stakeswinner FABRIANO and FOUR ROSES, who is unraced, but produced the Gr.2 winner FOUR SINS for her enthusiastic breeders. FRANGIPANI will be covered by SEA THE MOON in 2019.

LA REINE NOIR, was only placed due to an injury, which happened at Baden-Baden racecourse, but is sister to the Gr.1 winner LADY MARIAN and the Gr.3 winner LUCIDOR. Her foal was already named LA DUCHESSE after she was born and she is an other tracing back to one of the foundation mares of the Stauffenberg's as they bought her great-granddam LA CONCORDIA privately from Walther J Jacobs, the founder of Gestut Fahrhof. LA REINE NOIR is booked to LORD OF ENGLAND, who is going back to LOVE IN, as does LA REINE NOIR. LOVE IN was one of the foundation mares of Walther J Jacobs and has delivered a legacy of high class winners in Gr.1 winners LAGUNAS, LAVIRCO, LAVERON, LIRUNG, LORD OF ENGLAND and the above mentioned LADY MARIAN.
