It was just bevor 10pm a colt was born, the whole team at SCHLOSSGUT ITLINGEN was looking forward to – the foal of FOUR ROSES and this time a bay colt by Prix de l´Arc de Triomphe winner and unbeaten SEA THE STARS, who weighed 58kg. So far the best offspring of FOUR ROSES is by an Arc-winner as well; it is the Blandford Stakes winner FOUR SINS by SINNDAR, who carried the colours of the Aga Kahn on the racecourse and is now serving at Katsumi Yoshidas Northern Farm as a broodmare. FOUR ROSES has one more offspring by an Arc-winner and this is the 2yo FOUR CARAT by MONTJEU, who is for the Coolmore partnership in training with Andre Fabre. Her yearling colt at home is by a brother of SEA THE STARS, the currently probably best sire GALILEO. This year FOUR ROSES will travel to France and hopefully produce an own sister to FOUR SINS
